1. Introduction
This system uses machine vision to detect circumferential bottle labels, including detection of QR codes, barcode recognition, code identification, labeling quality (such as: crooked, warped, whether there is a label, etc.), and detects bottle labels Products with substandard quality are recorded and subsequently eliminated. This system also includes the detection of the skew of the bottle cap relative to the bottle body, and visually guides the rejection of bottle caps that are obviously skewed. 6.1 Four cameras are arranged at 90° intervals to ensure stable and complete 360° imaging of the bottle label.
6.2 The arched light source specially designed for cylindrical labels can improve the consistency of imaging brightness.
6.3 Synchronous triggering of 4 light sources, asynchronous strobe and asynchronous image acquisition, avoiding the complexity and instability of asynchronous triggering logic, while reducing mutual interference between light sources and improving imaging quality.
6.4 The camera and the light source are installed coaxially and are integrally installed on a height-adjustable adjustment frame. The adjustment frame features laser markings or rulers to facilitate precise adjustment of the height of the vision system for bottles of different heights.
